- 65 years and older
- Approximately six (6) weeks before your 65th birthday.
- Direct Bank Account Payment
- Booklet
- Direct payment to remote areas every six (6) months
- Direct payment for shut-ins
- MMG
- A pensioner confined to a wheelchair, visually impaired or bedridden.
- Queries:
- Six (6) weeks from the time of applicant's submission.
- Free forms are available at all Ministry's locations countrywide OR can be downloaded from MoHSSS' website https://mhsss.gov.gy/forms.html.
- Apply online by filling out and submitting the application form at https://oldagepensionform.mhsss.gov.gy/old-age-pension-application.
- National Identification Card, Passport or Birth Certificate (photo required for online application)
- Application Form (not required for online application)
- Every quarter, LIFE Certificates can either be dropped off at any of the Ministry's Offices countrywide, scanned and emailed to pension@mhsss.gov.gy OR make a WhatsApp video call to 662-1572 and show a valid form of identification that can be clearly seen during the call.
